职位描述
We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist for Occhio Company. If you are considering this position, please send your English resume.
Tasks
- Provide sales support to our customers in China and Asia-Pacific, both by phone and e-mail
- Establish good relations through the order creation, inquiry processing and delivery date coordination processes
- Maintain high quality customer master data
- Manage customer complaints, all while ensuring an excellent standard of service
- Coordinate export process, including the creation of all necessary documents
- Control freight invoices
- Respond to internal company inquiries
- Participate in the company’s business development needs, e.g., events
- Regularly coordinate and communicate with the sales and operations teams
Requirements
- University/college degree
- Natural drive to provide excellent service to customers through telephone and e-mail support
- Strong communicator, goal-oriented and self-driven team player
- Technical interest and understanding or else willingness to learn a plus
- Work experience in the export sector desired
- Secure handling of Apple, MS-Office and CRM tools
- Excellent Mandarin and English written and verbal communication skills required; further language skills desirable
- Location: Guangzhou
