Main Job Purpose：

Mainly for customer service, resolve customer problems in the process of product use, guiding customers to use our products. New products promotion and sales.

Main Responsibilities：

1. Promote products and run trials at textile mills.

2. Handle customers’ technical enquiries and technical issues which may require detailed analysis and proactive technical services/ advices.

3. Work closely with the local sales and marketing teams to service the customers.

4. Work closely with the technical teams in Germany.

5. Fully comply with company policy and Local ISO/EHS regulation.

6. Timely report sample testing result and analysis report.

7. Assist in trouble shooting of new product and improvement actions.

8. Other Ad Hoc Tasks.

Job Requirement:：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in textile dyeing and finishing or related chemistry.

2. Preferably worked in textile mills, textile chemicals distributors or suppliers for at least 5 years.

3. Apply relative testing method and Lab instrument operation.

4. Good analytical,reporting and communication skill.

5. Basis computer operation skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

6. Responsible and team-work spirit.

7. Ability to communicate with foreign experts in English.

8. Willing to learn new technology and travel.

主要工作目标：

主要做客户服务工作，解决客户在产品使用过程中碰到的问题，指导客户使用我司产品。新产品的推广和销售。

主要职责：

1. 在纺织厂推广产品和进行试验。

2. 处理客户的技术咨询和技术问题,需要有详细分析和积极主动的技术服务/建议。

3. 与当地的销售和营销团队密切合作，为客户提供服务。

4. 与德国技术团队密切合作。

5. 完全遵守公司政策和 ISO/EHS规定。

6. 及时汇报样品试验结果和分析报告。

7. 协助解决新产品生产测试过程中的问题以及执行改善行动。

8.上级指派的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，纺织染整或相关化学专业。

2. 至少有5年纺织厂、纺织化学品分销商或供应商的工作经验。

3. 熟悉相关的化验方法及实验室仪器的使用。

4. 优秀的报告分析、和沟通能力。

5. 有微软Word和Excel的计算机操作基本技能。

6. 有责任心及团队合作精神。

7. 有用英语与外国专家交流的能力。

8. 愿意学习新技术和出差。
