职位描述：(办公地点：深圳市南山区科技园科技南六路29号，万德莱大厦南座六楼)

1.接受并注册预订：收到预订计划后，立即将预订发送给CS团队以发布SO。取得SO后通知客户，并进行记录。

2.取货安排：一旦从调度员那里得到了取货计划，就将相同的请求转发给货运公司和办公室团队，然后跟踪车辆的到来和装载情况，直到完全返回码头为止。

3.出口文件：使用PIC提供的数据来准备所有出口文件，包括但不限于SI，VGM，装箱单，船只证书，C / O，保险等

4.通过在各个方面提供准确的信息，例如运输时间，价格，定制文书工作要求，包装，针对特定国家的要求，来始终如一地自信地回应客户。

5.协助客户获取所需信息，并为客户提供准确的信息和操作指南

6.协助管理客户的KPI

7.自信，知识渊博地处理客户的投诉，并采取一切可能的措施解决问题，使客户完全满意，而不会因对客户的过度承诺而损害公司的地位。如有必要，将投诉上报给高级管理团队以获得有效的解决方案，以防止进一步上报并避免再次发生

8.与其他部门联络，以快速有效地解决客户问题和查询

9.高度的团队合作精神和严格的自我管理遵循管理团队的决策和指导。

 

技能及要求

1.大专以上学历

2.至少有1年在货运公司担任类似职位的经验

3.具有大客户服务或操作经验者优先

4.在压力下可以很好地工作，并且可以冷静而有力地应对升级。

5.英文读写能力，office熟练
