职位描述
Job Purpose (State in one sentence the overall objective of the job)
Responsible for HR systems support and TODI data analytics, and provide administrative support to TODI team and TODI on-going initiatives.
Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )
TODI Process Excellence
· Support TODI on-going major cycle, including but not limited to OTR, PMP, promotion and annual award, etc.
· Support annual GCR Award process and other employee experience related culture initiatives;
· Support with on-going TODI programs as needed;
Digital Toolkit Pilot & Data Analytics
· Work with team members for various digital promotion/communication tools, such as: WeChat articles, H5, Video, etc.
· Manage various internal data and external data input (e.g. Aon industry data input)
· Manage and maintain TODI related data and perform basic analysis including turnover, and common talent and organization metrics. Provide data analysis support to TODI strategy making and OTR process.
P&O System Support
· Manage the access and provide system use support for major P&O systems used by TODI, including TM module & PMP module in UP4G, HRcore, Visier, FutureBack system, etc.
· Perform data analysis and reports in system as per request.
· Support in building the P&O team capability in using data and system
TODI Team Support
· Manage TODI budget to meet defined financial targets and achieve annual productivity.
· Coordinate meetings and agenda & prepare reports, minutes and other records
· Provide other administrative support to TODI team

Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)
Education: Bachelor’s degree Languages: Good in English writing, reading, speaking and listening skills Experience & qualification: 1-2 years’ experience as an assistant Experience in HR is a plus Familiar with data analysis / digital tool is a plus. Good logical thinking, attention to details, result orientation and coordination skills.
