Job Description工作职责:

1.  确定有关原材料，产品和半成品的政策。

Define the sampling policy of raw materials, products and semi finished products

2.  与生产和技术部门合作来确定导致产品异常的原因

Cooperate with production directorate and techical office to identify the anomalies which cause products classified as out of standards or missed statistichal check by production

3.  执行过程控制和供应商审核

Implement procedures control and audit assistance

4.  确定质量控制最合适的程序和工具

Identify the most appropriate procedures and tools for the quality control

5.  确保质量产品数据系统的改进和完善，定期给其他部门提供所需信息。

Guarantee the update and the development of the management of quality product data sistem, providing periodic informative summaries to all organization functions

6.  依据产品特点提供产品或过程改进方案，寻求给客户更满意的产品。

Suggest potential product or process improvements in order to achieve more satisfying results concerning the product features

7.  保证过程和产品质量，达到公司战略要求。

Allign the quality of the processes and of the products to the strategy of the company.

8. 负责确保产品质量达到公司和客户的要求

Responsible for ensure the products quality to reach the requirements set by the company and customers.

9. 负责处理客户投诉， 并为客户的质量投诉提供解决方案

Responsible for dealing with customer complains and providing solutions for the quality problems from the customer.

10.  负责管理整个质量部门的设备和人员

Responsible for managing the quality team and quality eqquipments.

11.  负责质量方法的改进

Responsible for improvement of quality methodology.

12.  纠正整改产品以及生产过程中出现的质量问题

Rectify quality problems come from production procedure and products.。

13.  负责建立质量体系

Responsilbe for the quality system setup.

14.  负责确保成品质量达到工程设计标准及满足客户需求

Responsible for ensuring the final quality of finished products according to the engineering design standard and customers’ requirements

15.  负责制定基于公司及客户需求的质量改进方案

Responsible for making quality improvement proposal based on company and customer’s demards.

16. 负责监管供应商质量管理、过程质量管理、产品质量管理等

Responsible for supplier’s quality management, process quality management, and product quality management, etc.

17. 上级安排的其他工作任务

Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Basic Training/ Skills基本培训/技能：

1. 10年以上齿轮行业质量管理经验
2. >More than 10 years quality management experience in gear industry
3. >熟悉产品的生产工艺
4. >Familiar with the production process of products
5. 熟悉相关工艺的国际标准
6. >Familiar with inernational standard for the releted process.
7. 有质量管理能力和专业技能，具有良好的分析与解决问题能力，能独立处理问题
8. >Good capability of quality management and solve problem skills, can deal with the problems independently
9. 良好的英文口语及书写能力
