职位描述

The Compensation & Benefits Analyst is to provide analytical and other professional level support to the compensation and benefits function. May include job documentation, special studies, job evaluation, salary administration, preparation of communications materials, and training of administrators. This position will assist in merit budget planning and administration. Drafts compensation and benefit plan administrative procedures and communications materials. Monitors plan costs, identifies problem areas and reviews changes. Trains operating management in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.

    

  • Responsible for payroll operations with vendor to ensure 100% accurate/efficient payroll service;
  • Fully own all payroll/employee information reports both internally and externally;
  • Conduct monthly Headcount and employment cost analysis, able to explain HC/Cost difference VS budget;
  • Continuously monitor IIT declaration and ensure to place in the updated China IIT policy;
  • In charge of SH office employee’s life cycle management including onboarding, orientation, social/corporate benefits claim, internal transfer, exit, be the window to response to employee questions regarding to HR policy;
  • Work with vendor to help foreign expats apply work visa, residence permit, etc.;
  • Support on annual group budget/landing adjustment process to ensure HC/employment cost reflect the
  • ality and business needs;
  • Support on annual merit process including but not limited to preparing data, simulation, pay structure dates, merit tool validation, etc.;
  • Ensure consistency in C&B policies, plans, programs, processes and support HR systems;
  • Recommend enhancements and simplification of existing Compensation and Benefits processes;
  • Provide idea on operational excellence, leveraging technology and best practice process management
  • Support on other HR ad-hoc projects;
  • Other daily HR tasks assigned or delegated by HR Manager

  • Familiar with labor law, government policy, social benefits procedure and regulations.

  • Good mindset of innovation & business partnering;
  • Excellent communication skill, good team-working spirit.
  • Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel, familiar with HR system.

  • Possess excellent in dealing emergence and analyzing ability.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Good command of English.
  • Master of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint Advanced Skills
  • Outstanding sourcing ability
  • Lateral thoughts and vision of overall situation

                                                                        

Education, Experience Required:

  • Bachelor or above degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or other related major.
  • 3-5 years’ work experience in HR field with at least 2 years' hands-on experience in C&B area in MNC,
  • Strong knowledge and experience in data analyzing ability to generate report, develop and implement C&B policies
  • Strong analysis, problem-solving, facilitation skills that enable himself/herself to effectively plan, create and maintain efficient leadership development programs
  • Proficient in English, both written and oral include ability to prepare reports, proposals and presentation
  • Experience of Mercer or Korn Ferry is a plus;
  • Experience of managing and driving a HRIS is plus;
