职位描述
工作地点：深圳市南山区蛇口东角头，地铁二号线可达
Daily Responsibilities
- Coordinate with forwarder for booking, arranging shipments and tracking
- Coordinate with forwarder for WHS operation
- Maximize transportation efficiency by optimizing shipping routes and securing competitive rates.
- Prepare shipping plans and forecasts to guarantee timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Track and monitor all shipments and provide updates to other departments.
- Agent (forwarder, carrier etc.) performances monitoring
- Negotiating and filling rates from carriers and agents, provide efficient reports and propose the best shipment mode
- Solve customer complain
- Prepare billing report
Job Requirement
- More than 1 years of working experience or excellent fresh graduate
- Familiar with import process with forwarder
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Good English in speaking, writing and reading
- Initiative and optimistic
- High sense of job responsibilities
