Job description:

1.Comply with market demand, customer requests and work out solution based on production and supply chain constrains and alignment to make judgment calls on feasibility to manufacture the product. Lead SPQ team to achieve product design/structure enhancement comply with BIFMA requirements with recognizable aesthetic branding image.

2.Familiar with the production technique, product enhancement design / BIFMA requirements. Implement project optimization and define product feature. Apply creative, aesthetically sounded design, logical and competitive cost structure.

3.Must be familiar with production processes. Able to lead the project team to solve different problems and learn from the experience, ability to coordinate with related departments to achieve targets. Improve output efficiency.

Job requirements:

1.4 years design experience; Marketing insigne ability;

2. Well aware metal and aluminum parts'selection, production method and process; Thorough knowledge on OEM products, steel cabinet, veneer painting product structure and production processes;

3. SAP processing knowledge, familiar and capable to set up product BOM in SAP;

4. Pro/e model design skill and engineering drawing skill;

5. Polymer product knowledge, metal product die-casting mold features and process knowledge;

6.Different furniture materials price analysis knowledge;

7.Written and verbal English above CET 4;

8. Able to work with different level of people, good interpersonal skill, team spirit. Efficient in communication with various departments.
