BASIC FUNCTIONS

  

• Lead and focus on daily quality inspection according booked inspection schedule at responds supplier side.

• Conduct production line process audit after quality inspection in spare time.

• If necessary, train and work with warehouse inspectors and conduct in-bound and out-bound quality inspection at Distribution center.

• Issue professional quality inspection reports to factory in time, and share with related departments in JR286 & Dakine.

• Support Quality Engineer to conduct Quality System Audit when it is a need.

• Can make decision on found defects and pending issue together with Quality Manager and related departments.

• Work with factory on quality improvement for found critical and major defect, check production line together with supplier, work out the root cause and suggestion corrective actions to suppliers.

• Statistical data analysis for quality inspection data by monthly, quarterly and yearly.

                  

• Study new products spec/Tech Pack, packaging requirements and quality standards for initial inspection and tracking the producing status of bulk products.

• Arrange inspection schedule based on open orders and shipping plan, consider the priority.

• Report to QC/QA manager for inspection schedule/travel weekly.

• Report Quality Engineer, Quality Manager and Product Developer for any potential quality or product issue which found in quality inspection.

• Advising suggestions to factory and QC/QA manager for quality improvement in order to continue improving.

• Hold close meeting to factory after each inspection. Have related quality training course for supplier quality inspectors.

• Other special task assigned by QC/QA manager or company.

  QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

                

1. College or university education or above.

2. Familiar with AQL, ISO9001, SPC etc.

3. More than 3 years’ experience on fabric, sewing, sport accessories, leather, plastic, metal, backpack, luggage quality inspection.

4. Hard working, responsible and willing to learn.

5. Professional in analyze and solve quality problems.

6. Good team working, good communication skills

7. Can be travel frequently.

8. Familiar with product test requirement

9. Good read, spoken and written English.

1. Experience conducting inspection at factories.

2. Write presentation report and feedback quality issues in English.

4. Complete quality inspection at factory side independently.
