You will be expected to:

1. Review and stipulate the reasonable travel expenses standard;
2. Validate inspectors' reimbursement invoices on a monthly basis;
3. Review front-end operations-related expenses;
4. Prepare monthly expense analysis reports, and provide suggestions on cost control;
5. Prepare payments to inspectors and back office staff using Internet banking;
6. Review all courier charges and issue appropriate Debit Notes to clients; 
7. Answer all inspector emails and phone calls concerning expenses and bonuses;
8. Issue VAT fapiao and sending VAT fapiao to client on time
9. Provide backup for other AP/AR team members and handle ad-hoc tasks.

                                            

Your profile

It could be you if you have:  

1. College 's degree in finance and accounting, or an equivalent major; 
2.  Minimum 1 years of related work experience in an Accounts Payable function;
3.  High proficiency with MS Excel and specialized financial software;
4.  Good communication skills and teamwork abilities; 
5.  Good command of read and written English;
6.  Hardworking and self-motivated personality with a great ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
