Project Manager

Job Description:

1.Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and within scope.

2.Function as the primary point of contact for the customer during the project lifecycle.  

3.Work internally across teams and time zones to facilitate and manage the project along with any issues that arise.

4.Ability to create a project schedule and manage to it.

5.Set up project meetings as needed, and then host and lead the discussion.

6.Responsible for keeping the project team and management informed of a project’s status through weekly statuses.

7.Responsible for immediately escalating any issue (existing or potential) which could impact the project’s on-time deliverable and/or its overall quality.

Qualification/requirement:

1.Minimum of BS degree with 5 years related work experience.

2.Must be highly organized.

3.Fluent in English and mandarin (written and verbal)

4.Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). 

5.Attention to detail (e.g. taking meeting minutes and following up on action items)

6.Must be self-motivated and proactively manage own work.

7.Provide support as needed to Senior Project and Program Managers.

8.Project Management experience, or similar, preferred.

9.Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficient.
