Key Responsibilities Include:

Support HR function and business to complete HR processes/ transactions 

Data consolidate, validation and analyst to ensure colleague data accuracy

Translate global HR policy and send HR notification/ announcement through HR mailbox

Local HR support to employee if necessary, ig residence permit, work permit, working visa, etc.

Manage HR chopping process and employee verification letter delivery.

Ad-hoc tasks to support HR function operate smoothly and guarantee colleague experience 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Business, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 1+ years HR experience

Good at Microsoft Office, ie, Excel, Work, PPT and Photoshop app etc.

English fluent

Be agile, detailed, analytic, collaborative, and flexible
