岗位职责:

1、负责管理部门员工的工作分配及员工各项操作流程的培训工作

2、全面统筹后厨出品

3、负责厨房原材料补货、验货工作，保证厨房原材料品种齐全，数量充足，在源头上把好质量关

4、负责产品成本控制，掌握各种菜式的售价、毛利的核算，监督厨房人员合理使用各种原材料，减少浪费

5、管理本岗位各项设施设备和用品，有损坏及时补充、及时保修，确保各种设施处于完好状态。

6、负责整个厨房的运作，带领厨房团队共同成长。

任职资格:

1、五年以上西餐工作经验，五年以上的同岗位管理经验

2、熟练掌握厨房运作管理、成本控制方法、食物原料品质及搭配;

3、拥有较高的烹饪技术，较强的成本管理意识，具备创新和自主研发菜式的能力

4、具备良好的协调能力、指挥能力和控制能力，有较强的团队意识及号召力

5、良好的语言表达能力及沟通能力、组织协调能力，服务意识强
