Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years related work experience with demonstrated success in toys/Electronic items/Sports items engineering

- Experience on wood work experience.

- Experience on development and manufacturing of the electrical ride on products such as E-bike, scooter, skateboard

- Experience working across a diverse set of stakeholders with positive results

- Degree holder in business, engineering, supply chain management or equivalent

Skills/Knowledge/Ability:

- Must possess excellent analytical mindset

- Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally

- Thorough knowledge of factory operation and troubleshooting practices

- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with collaborative mind-set and customer service mentality

- Able to work independently and effectively in a complex environment with multi-location teams

- Display good organization skills, professional interpersonal skills and presentation capabilities

- Discretion and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive issues

- Good analytical and problem solving skills
