Quality Coordinator, Factory Compliance 

• Request and collect Factory audit report and certificate to vendors.
• Maintain factory audit document database. Update audit summary and report to related parties.
• Prepare reports and certificates per customer requirement and submit to customer system.
• Ensure all factory audit reports are up-to-dated and properly filed;
• Attend customer seminars and training sessions relating to ethical sourcing/Security/ and process improvements.;
• Handle invoice procedure for factory audit and customer program
• Support to handle samples submission for customer and third part laboratory
