1. To book the space to the airline or the gateway team for the flight arrangement.

2. To issue the Hawb and Invoice correctness & completeness as per consignment instruction provided by customer service team.

3. To check the Mawb and manifest information is correct before cargo arrive the destination

4. To key in the special events in the system to meet the customer’s requirement.

5. To check if the billing from the airline or the gateway is correct and amend it.

6. To close the recap and count the P/L shipment by shipment.

7. To maintain all shipment file and record correctly and timely,including keeping and disposal, as per OPS requirement.

8. To handle general enquiries from internal departments,customers and overseas offices.

9. To take up additional tasks as required meeting the Company’s need.

Requirements:

  

• College graduated or above, preferably with minimum 1 year's relevant experience.

• To be able to read and write English.

• Typing skills and computer knowledge preferred.
