Responsibilities

1. Evaluate all orders quality, to ensure details and workmanship are correct

2. Insure there is no color fastness and shrinkage issue during production

3. Daily communication between HQ QC team for any quality issue

4. Train new QC as needed.

5. Involve PP sample confirmation process

6. To improve production quality.

7. To reduce claim.

8. To arrange inspection plan for QC team

9. Work intensively with factories on efficient production techniques to improve cost and productivity.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. Minimum of 8 years experience for fashion cloths inspection;

3. Minimum of 5 years at manager or team lead level;

4. Experience worked at factory as production lead or manager;

5. Sound knowledge of garment construction, workmanship, all kind of fabric, and manufacturing process.

6. Self-motivated and disciplined, rigorous and excellence-oriented.

7. Task priority, and high organized.

8. Good at English speaking and writing

9. Able to travel oversea
