Design user experiences for digital products Create interactive prototypes Communicate designs to stakeholders Provide production graphic supports Perform UI quality checks and provide consultancy to development team Perform usability testing Provide research and design supports to the team Coach junior members of the team (Senior designers and above)

Candidate Specifications

Hard Skills Must be experienced in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator for UX/UI design and producing quality graphics Advantage if have experience in other design software such as Adobe XD, Principle, inVision, Flinto, Hype, Adobe AfterEffect etc Sound understanding of the user-centered design process Advantage if have experience in design thinking Preferably with experience in corporate design Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in UX/UI design A diploma/degree in design related subject Preferably with working knowledge on CSS3, HTML, and basic programming knowledge

Soft Skills Appreciates good UX/UI design and be able to explain why Focus on details and aim for pixel perfect design Have strong communication skill and interpersonal skill Excellent in written and spoken English, and can communicate comfortably in full English environment Quick learner on new digital and UX/UI trend and technologies Multitasking – Feeling comfortable to manage multiple projects at anytime Team player, and able to coach junior members (Senior designers and above)
