Position Overview:
Acquire business from new customers, develop new business and maintain relationship with existing customers in
orderto achieve sales goal.

Position Accountabilities:
1.Handle all inbound and outbound sales matters and customer enquiries
2.Increase new business and maintain existing customers
3.Follow up on all sales leads, ensuring they are answered and immediate action is taken
4.Handle all routing orders promptly and ensure they are presented to the customer immediately. Keep the R/O originator well-informed of the status
5.Ensure all RFQ (request for quotation), bids and tenders are replied to within the time specified
6.Generated quality sales leads and have them followed up regularly
7.Update the selling tariff to ensure margins are protected as instructed
8.Arrange joint calls and customer visits with operation, management personnel, as well as the overseas counterparts
9.Maintain up-to-date customer profiles
10.Provide monthly report on all import business development and related market intelligence
11.Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the management

Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
1.University graduated or above
2.Minimum 3 years experience in foreign freight forwarding company
3.Knowledge of International Trade and relevant Laws, Regulations, Process and Procedures
4.Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
