Key Responsibilities:

l material/FG PO daily follow up ,push supplier on-time delivery, verfiy and coordiante with component suppleir to maintain material safe stock level

l Corridnate and solve any delivery issue between component supplier and factory , such as ship plan create and excuted , on-time delivery , qty shortage, RTV of unqualifed parts etc.

l Work on proactive actions including component vendors capacity analysis ,vendor LLT material safe stock level and production plan to reduce delivery risk caused by vendors’ capacity and internal process issues.

l Update PO status and consigned material delivery status to avoid any material shortage happen , Maintain daily data mgmt and create analyze reports as required.

 

Requirements: 

(1) Education: Bachelor degree

(2) 8+ years working relevant experience  on order management, planning, and logistics in electronic products industry, experience in handling large volumn orders. 

(3) Fluent English both in writing and speaking, has no obstacel in working with US colleague. 

(4) Able to work in details and finish assigned tasks on time with teamwork

(5) Expert user in ERP system, professional in Microsoft office (especially on Excel and Powerpoint) 

(6) Self-motivated and logic thinking, good analytical skill ,able to work independently under high pressure.
