Job Description

1. Work with sales department to provide technical support and solve the customer's problem.(Especially drawing/calculations of the project work amount etc.)

2. Get a well knowledge of products as well as the project characteristics. Follow up the demands of market and customer. Always devote to the product improvement.

3. Help the sales department in market research and achieve the sales target.

4. Make the project proposal, prepare the bidding document.

5. Work with the sales team to do the technical communication\scheme introduction(before bidding and get the contract)\system demonstration.etc.

6. This job is relate to project management. Candidate should cooperate with sales team to make work schedule and coordinate the project(this schedule will only be in the bidding files);

7.Complete the other works ordered by the higher level.

Qualification

1. .Candidate should have more than two years’ experience in acoustics, automotive, mechanical or related major is preferred. (Work contents: automotive acoustics chamber, aviation, industrial noise reduction, CAD and 3D design, etc.)

2. Familiar in bidding and all type of projects(schedule/drawing/budget).

3. Good communication skills and strong sense in customer service;

4. Has the good language communication ability and always be patient and careful.

5. Has the strong team spirit and independent ability to manage the project. Willing to learn and can work under pressure.

6. Need to coorperate with overseas colleages. CET-6 or above and proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

7. Accept graduating student.

职位描述

1、配合公司销售部门提供产品售前技术服务，为客户提供解决方案，尤其偏重制图方面，需要具有一定的计算投标工程量和投标方案编制工作的经验；

2、及时获取和理解产品、项目特点，对行业、市场、用户需求等方面信息主动跟进，可为产品改进提出建设性意见；

3、协助销售部进行市场调研，有效推动、完成销售目标；

4、制定项目的售前技术方案、标书的准备、讲解等工作；

5、配合销售经理完成与用户的技术交流、售前技术方案宣讲、系统演示等工作。

6、工作内容涉及部分项目管理，需要与销售团队配合、制定投标的工作计划及项目进度

7、完成上级交办的其它工作。。

任职资格

1、声学、汽车、机械相关专业有两年以上工作经验优先考虑（涉及内容：汽车声学实验室、航空、工业降噪、CAD设计、3D设计、PS等）；

2、有招投标、方案制作等项目经验。

3、熟练的沟通技巧及强烈的客户服务意识；

4、耐心、细心，具有较好的语言表达沟通能力；

5、有较强的团队精神和独立项目运作的能力，具有较强的学习能力，并有一定的抗压能力。

6、工作需要与海外公司沟通，要求英语CET-6以上，读写精通。

7、接受应届毕业生。
