岗位职责

1、负责品牌视觉创新设计与执行，根据公司推广计划和方向进行视觉设计；

2？ 根据公司目标客户群体的特点和需求及公司产品的特性，进行VI、CI的创意设计；

3？ 负责公司及产品中视觉形象设计及宣传材料设计：季度POP模板、促销海报、网商平台（天猫/微店）、微信公众号的视觉设计和维护与网站推广更新等相关设计工作；

4？ 公司新品拍摄及修图的协作；

任职要求：

1、本科学历，深厚的美术设计功底，视觉艺术、广告设计、美术等相关专业优先，3年以上相关工作经验；

2？ 善于沟通，三年以上中高端时装品牌／电商品牌公司平面设计与美工设计工作经验优先;

3、精通PS、Coreldraw、ID、Ai、Illustrator等常用设计制作软件，熟悉印刷工艺流程优先；

4、具良好的时尚流行敏锐度及观察力、理解力，对色彩、构图等元素触觉敏感；

5？ 具良好的美术基础与良好的创意构思能力和对设计风格的整体把控能力，心态积极乐观，具有团队协作意识；

6、具独立设计能力，优秀的审美能力及独特的创意思维，能突显商业设计的关键和特点；

7、有高端时尚品牌做新媒体排版经验或摄影摄像工作经验者优先；

8、工作认真细致、执行力强、有较强的责任心、注重效率及团队精神。
