工作职责：

1. 策划类：协助时尚编辑及摄影师进行新媒体宣传资料制作，如组织视频拍摄、整理拍摄用品、制作拍摄流程表、按主管要求定期发布新媒体宣传资料及整理后台数据。

2. 直播类：协助直播项目开展、人货场播前准备工作、制作直播流程表现场控场、播后与主播和项目主管进行复盘工作。

3.其他：熟悉了解产品知识及能进行特色讲解，能与团队一起策划新媒体项目体系及内容建设。

4.每周与团队分享新媒体现况，主动提出自我理解及想法。

岗位要求：

1. 会用PS/cdr/ai等设计软件优先，有视频拍摄剪辑经验优先，形象佳优先。

2. 会用PPT、word、excel。

3. 有美感、有想法、热爱熟练新媒体（微博、小红书、抖音、小视频等）、热衷时尚行业。

4. 服从公司安排，有责任感上进心，认真勤奋，能受挫折。

5. 学习能力强，反应快，能虚心受教，不断学习新媒体技能及知识，愿意往新媒体运营发展。

6？应届生与在校实习生亦可。
