职位类别：法务经理/主管/顾问

岗位职责： 

1、参与公司上市筹备，协助对接券商机构、会计师、律师事务所等法务工作； 

2、跟踪公司的股权转让、合并和变更等事宜并提供法务支持； 

3、定期收集整理与公司业务相关的法律、法规和政策，对公司日常运营以及业务拓展提供法务支撑； 

4、负责公司经济类合同文件的审核工作，规范合同文件及相关运行情况； 

5、负责公司运营项目各类合同及法律文件的起草和审查工作，并做好相关法律事务处理、法律风险规避、合同管理、法律咨询、法律意识宣传等法务管理工作； 

6、完成领导交办的其他工作。 

 岗位要求： 

1、本科或以上学历，法学或相关专业毕业； 

2、英语读写熟练，大学英语四级以上； 

3、具有一定的法律知识以及合同文本撰写和审核能力，风控意识强； 

4、熟悉知识产权、企业经营相关法律问题，具有扎实的法律基础。 

5、思维清晰，逻辑性强，具备良好的职业操守，具有较强的语言表达能力，有亲和力善于沟通。

 6、熟悉宏观经济政策，了解国家、地方、行业管理相关的法律法规和政策。
