岗位职责

1、在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；

2、跟进订单生产进度，安排产品的发货；

3、负责接待客户等销售辅助工作；

4、负责客户报价、对帐及催收货款工作；

5、组织进行客户投诉或退货的处理，并将结果反馈给客户。

任职资格

1、中专及以上学历；

2、1年以上五金领域跟单操作工作经验优先；

3、熟悉贸易跟单操作流程，了解相关供应市场；

4、具备较强的电脑操作技巧；

5、具有团队精神，较强的沟通能力。
