1、协助制定公司销售策略，制订公司营销战略，根据营销战略制订公司营销组合策略和营销计划； 

2、定期对市场营销环境、目标、计划、业务活动进行核查分析，及时调整营销策略和计划，制订预防和纠正措施，确保完成销售目标； 

3、负责制定年度销售计划，分解年、季、月度销售计划，并组织实施； 

4、组织部门开发多种销售手段，完成销售计划及回款任务； 

5、带领团队拓展新渠道、新客户制定针对客户需要的解决方案； 

6、负责市场调研和需求分析，深入了解本行业，掌握市场动态，把握最新市场信息； 

7、统筹规划市场活动、市场推广、市场管理和市场监督工作； 

8、负责制定销售费用预算，引导和控制市场销售工作的方向和进度； 

9、主持公司重大销售合同的谈判与签订工作； 

10、负责销售团队的建设和成长，培养专业的销售团队，建立销售团队激励机制，激发销售人员进行客户开拓和维护。 

 任职要求： 

1、全日制本科以上学历，管理、市场营销、理工科等相关专业； 

2、具备10年以上同行业销售经验，至少3年以上同等岗位工作经验； 

3、具备较强的领导能力，熟悉营销业务流程，良好的沟通协调能力，丰富的团队管理能力和培训能力； 

4、具备良好的职业素养，具备较强的责任心及团队意识。
