职位描述
新业务争取Business Developing
1.获取客户新车型开发信息,建立目标业务清单并完成新项目立项申请的签批;
Obtain the information of new program and establish target program list and apply for new program kickoff
2.获得客户询价书(RFQ)及关键项目信息,如产量/生命周期/功能配置//对标车型等等;
Obtain RFQ and relevant information, such as volume/ life cycle/ vehicle model/and bench mark
3.成立报价项目小组,主导完成新项目报价工作,从产品成本获得成本,并编制业务计划。以项目经理的角色积极协调资源,精算报价成本;
Establish quotation SDT, leading the quotation of new program, consolidation cost from SDT, and combine business case
4.根据市场及竞争对手情况提出报价建议,组织公司管理层召开报价评审会议,填写客户报价单及报价假设,按时向客户提交报价单;
Propose quotation based on competitor’s information; organize quote review with management, complete customer quote package
5.准备商务谈判资料,与客户开展价格谈判及议价工作,争取在利润***化的前提获取新业务;
Prepare commercial negotiation files, negotiate price with customer, gain new business on the premise of striving for maximum profits
6.在维持现有市场份额的基础上需要寻找并发现潜在业务机会,争夺竞争对手的市场份额;
Seek new business opportunities on the basis of maintaining existing market shares, scramble for competitors’ market share
Program Phase 0-1 项目阶段0-1
Collects relevant data to develop Targeted Business Plan to support product and strategic planning.
收集相关数据,编制目标业务计划,支持产品和战略规划
Collects relevant data to develop the Business Plan and necessary financial business case simulations to support commercial answering customer Request For Quotation (RFQ) (at Phase 1).
收集相关数据,编写业务计划和必要的财务商业案例模拟,为从商务角度回答客户的报价(RFQ)提供支持(阶段1)
Identifies financial risks and opportunities through reviewing and challenging input data.
通过检查、核证输入数据,找出财务风险和机会
Program Phase 2-5 项目阶段2-5
Sets up Program Award Business Plan based on confirmed assumptions according to customer award.
根据客户要求,以确认假设为基础,编写获得项目业务计划
Establishes and acquires Capital Appropriation Request (CAR) approval based on validated SDT input; ensures company assets are optimized in the program.
根据正式的SDT输入编写资本拨款申请(CAR)并报批;确保公司资产在项目中得到优化。
Identifies financial risks and opportunities through reviewing and challenging input data.
通过检查、核证输入数据,找出财务风险和机会
Delivers standard program financial reporting to the program team, and the company management.
向项目组和公司管理层提交标准项目财务报告
Reviews all program related contract drafts and check that all company requirements are included
检查所有与项目有关的合同草案是否符合公司各项要求
Participates in profitability and cash improvement actions (make-or-buy decisions, etc.)
参与盈利能力和现金方面的改进行动 (制造或购买选择等)
Organizes regular Financial SDT meeting to identify program financial risks/opportunities and review relavent actions. Tracks program changes and reflects the program status through Financial Roadmap.
定期组织财务SDT会议,找出项目财务风险/机会并检查相关行动。使用财务路线图跟踪项目更改和反映项目状态。
Ensures program Financial Sign-Off (FSO) validated before each Gate Exit.
确保在每个门退出之前完成财务签发(FSO)。
商务协调工作Commercial affairs
1.与客户各部门积极的沟通协调,促进新产品的试装工作顺利推进,确保新项目顺利投产;
Communicate with customer actively, manage commercial affairs for new product launch, ensure new programs and product changes put into production successfully.
2.配合质量部门处理质量问题及客户抱怨,促进质量问题的及时关闭;
Work with quality department to handle quality issues and customer complaints
客户销售计划Sales Plan
1.协助部门经理完成年度销售计划及客户中长期发展计划,确保销售收入/货款回收等指标有效完成;Support BU Manager to complete the annual sales and business developing plan, to ensure the achievement of sales income and reclaim of charge account.
2.制订客户新业务拓展计划及市场份额提升计划;
Constitute the plan for business developing and market share improvement.
年度降价Annual LTA
1.结合公司财务目标及项目实际情况制定年度降价目标;
Establish annual price target according to company's financial objectives and program reality
2.准备商务谈判资料,制定行动计划,在公司目标范围内完成年度价格合同签定
Prepare business negotiation files, make action plan, and sign the annual price contract within company target.
工程变更(含 VA/VE)商务价格商谈Engineering change (inc.VA/VE) price negotiation
1.主导完成客户设计变更报价工作,按时关闭报价,议价及合同更新工作,改善项目财务指标;
Lead quotation of customer engineering change ,close quotation, negotiation and update contract on time, improve program financial indicators
2.积极推动VA/VE的实施,按时完成 VA/VE项目的报价,谈价以及客户签批工作
Actively promote the implementation of VA/VE, complete the quotation of VA/VE program
客户满意度Customer Satisfactory
运用各种策略和方法,与客户中高层的中外方管理者建立并保持经常、密切、良好的沟通与合作关系,建立并巩固业务关系;
1.Sets up and keeps closely communication and cooperation with senior management of clients, consolidates the business relationship
2.定期开展客户满意度调查,跟踪客户抱怨整改措施的有效实施,提高客户满意度;
Carry out customer satisfaction surveys regularly, follow up customer’s complain and carry out effective measure
