职位描述

岗位描述:
1. 协助部门经理进行市场分析及销售战略制定,根据公司销售战略,参与制定渠道策略和经销商管理策,制定季度、月度的工作计划,达成销售目标;
According to company sales strategy, joint to make sales channel and distributors’ management strategy. And make quarterly and monthly action plan, to achieve sales target;

2. 完成所辖区域新客户新项目开拓任务,包括销售活动策划、项目及产品沟通、商务谈判、项目定点等;
Complete the new customer and new project development tasks in the responsible area, including sales activity planning, project and product communication, business negotiation, project designation, etc;
3. 负责SF,爱客和/或其他管理系统的销售机会、报价及合同录入及维护;
Responsible for sales opportunities, quotation and contract entry and maintenance of SF, AIke and/or other management systems;

4. 负责销售进程表、每周销售机会分析表、三月销售漆动计划表等更新;
Responsible for updating the sales schedule, weekly sales opportunity analysis table, march sales activity schedule, etc;

5. 协助部门光成标书制作,负责投标报名,标书提交、开标等协词组织工作;
Assist the department in the preparation of tender, and took charge of the organization of bidding documents, such as tender submission and bid opening;
6. 负责合同谈判,制定销售战略和行动计划;
Responsible for contract negotiation, sales strategy and action plan;
7. 协助集团其他业务的交叉销售,完成领导安排的其他工作;
Assist the cross-selling of other businesses of the group, complete other tasks assigned by leaders。

任职资格
1. Bachelor or above, Full-time engineering is preferred.
大学本科学历及以上学历,全日制工程类优先

2.具备一定的相关销售经验或经销商管理工作经验. 优秀应届生也可考虑
Applied sales related experience in relevant field

3.熟练操作办公软件,尤其excel 数据分析和PPT制作,熟练英语书写和表达
Good computer skills in MS office applications, especially in Excel data analysis and PPT.  Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English

4.C1/C2驾照
C1 / C2 a driving license

5. 能适应经常出差
Can adapt to frequent business trips.

6.具备良好的沟通谈判能力和解决问题能力,具有强烈的责任心和抗压能力,达成公司设定的销售目标.
Good communication and negotiation ability and problem solving ability, strong sense of responsibility and ability to resist pressure, to achieve the sales goals.

7.具备制药类工厂客户资源优先
