1. 负责整个项目的前期至峻工验收的所有管理工作；

2. 负责项目过程中的组织、实施、监督检查等工作，包括对项目进行进度、施工质量、费用、风险进度计划的控制等；

3. 负责对项目全周期的管理工作，重点负责项目进度与质量管理工作；

4. 负责项目运作过程中现场人员的管理，并与客户保持良好的沟通；

5. 工程项目资资料的编写与交付的管理工作；

6. 定期工作汇报并参加公司管理会议；

7. 完成上级领导安排的其它工作。


任职资格:

1. 本科及以上学历,项目类\工程类等相关专业,中级以上职称

2. 具有一定的项目管理知识,5年以上相关工作经验

3. 熟练操作CAD绘图及其他办公软件

4. 一级建造师,PMP等执业资质,甲级化工工程公司工作背景

5. 优秀的沟通能力和组织管理,协调能力

Job Descriptions：

1. Responsible for the whole life cycle management of the project, with emphasis on the project schedule and quality management

2. Responsible for the organization, implementation, supervision and inspection of the project, including the project progress, quality, cost, risk, schedule planning and management

3. Responsible for project site management, timely decision-making on project scheme, technology implementation, schedule arrangement, resource allocation and other issues, and keeping communication and information feedback with customers.

4. Supervise the construction quality of engineering projects, participate in organizing the inspection and acceptance of engineering projects, and organize the inspection and acceptance of materials, equipment, structures and accessories on site.

5. Managed the compilation and delivery of engineering project materials

6. Improved talent training and management of the project team, and completed other tasks assigned by superior leaders

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in project or engineering, intermediate title or above

2. Have certain project management knowledge and more than 5 years of relevant working experience

3. Proficient in CAD drawing and other office software

4. First-class constructor, PMP qualification, grade A chemical engineering company working background

5. Excellent communication skills, organization management and coordination skills
