Purpose of Job

The job incumbent is responsible for the development and implementation of strategy and technical solutions of Seawater Desalination Engineering segment.

Responsibility

1. Identify the business opportunity by analyzing the client needs, and work out relevant go-to-market strategy and service categories in Seawater Desalination field.

2. Steers and coordinates segment sector tribe / network

3. Lead to develop solutions for clients, and provide technical training and support for on-site engineers.

4. Responsible for the working instruction and procedures management.

5. Develop a business plan and strategy, targeting action and profitability in accordance with the general guidelines, the global and local objectives and local governmental policies

6. Define segment strategies including trends, regulatory, competition, offer to market, as customer’s asset life cycle management and route to market with actionable plans.

Requirement

1. Bachelor or above degree major in Science Technology, e.g.: Engineering, Welding, etc.

2. At least 10 years of experience in Engineering and Technic related role.

3. At least 3 years’ experience in seawater desalination project, such as equipment installing, debugging or quality management.

4. Familiar with seawater desalination industry in terms of equipment designing, manufacturing, technics, ISO, etc.

5. Involved in at least 3 full-cycle seawater desalination projects.

6. Strong team work spirit and responsibility.

7. Able to travel and work under pressure.
