Job Description:

1. Provide professional fire safety consultant service to the clients.

2. Review fire protection design and propose strategies based on standards such as GB.

3. Inspect and evaluate installation and function of fire protection system in new or existing building, and then give good solution based on standards such as GB.

4. Take final acceptance inspection of fire protection system based on GB.

5. Conduct local FFS testing required by local fire bureau.

6. Preparing required documents and presenting in meeting,

7. Preparing bilingual report.

8. Provide support to other colleagues.

9. Communicate with clients and other team in the project

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above majoring in fire engineering, safety, HVAC, plumbing, building service, etc.

2. Hold Certified I fire engineer license.

3. With experience of fire protection system design, construction or testing & commissioning.

4. Can accept the frequent business trip and deal with high intensity work.

5. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

6. It is preferred if have experience in fire safety consultant and NFPA, FM.

7. At least 3 years working experience.

8. Fluent in oral and written English.

Good PC skills, i.e. CAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
