External Job Description and Profile:

1. Lead and coach employees (individual development, motivation, assessment, feedback, etc.)
2. Recruiting, staffing, qualification, reviewing and training
3. Provide technical support to his/her team
4. Provide operational support by coordinating interfaces to responsible organizational units
5. Organize (prepare, execute, follow-up) regular operational meetings with his/her team
6. Create and maintain relationships to large accounts by regular visits
7. Develop and train his/her staff to be fit for the demand of the market
8. Empower the team members based on skills and competencies
9. Delegate tasks in agreement with supervisor
10. Elaborate monthly reports to forward to superior (including market / competitors / customers / key events), in line with the monthly report of the Business Unit Manager
11. Elaborate reports on field trips
12. Report incidental key issues (for example: new developments within the business / products, client complaints)
13. Other tasks assigned by the company

Requirements:

1. 10+ years experience in the discipline concerned and minimum 5 years experience in Project Management, Construction Management or Engineering Management
2. Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering degree;
3. Deep knowledge and understanding of construction industry and project management;
4. Familiar with the relevant standard/code will be an advantage;
5. Pleasing personality with good interpersonal and business negotiation skills;
6. Good communication skills and good computer skills, notably with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project abilities;
