1. Review RAM and Safety documentation and analyses produced by the Rail System Contractor and its subcontractors, in accordance with the contracts requirements and project lifecycle defined in EN 50126,
2. Review the Contractor’s RAMS related plans to ensure that the contractors define and implement efficient and robust Safety and RAM management processes,
3. Liaise with the Civils subcontractors to ensure that the Interface Hazards are taken into account and well managed,
4. Ensure the Contractual performance requirements are met by the contractors.
5. Review the software safety analyses and deliverables, and perform audits of the software development processes to ensure that the Contractors design and implementation is in accordance with EN 50128, allocated SIL levels and satisfy Contracts requirements,
6. Review of the Contractors Hazard logs and RAM predictions analysis, Spare parts calculations,
7. Develop and maintain the Consortium Safety Management System activities (Procedures, Safety Plan, PHA, Hazard Log…);
8. Define the requirements for the Transit System and Subsystem Safety Cases;
9. Review and provide comments on Safety documentation and analyses produced by the Transit System (COM, ENR, RSK, SIG...) and Civil Works (Viaducts, Depots, Stations, Tunnel, MEP...), in accordance with contracts requirements;
10. Perform the TS Subsystems (COM, ENR, RSK, SIG...) and construction civil work Subsystems (Viaducts, Depots, Stations, Tunnel, MEP...) Consortium Safety Reviews & Audits;
11. Ensure the development and implementation of a Consortium safety review and audit programme to establish compliance with the contracts requirements and the railway standards;
12. Manage the ISA assessment process (meeting, closure of findings, audit…);
13. Provide regular reports on the progress of system safety activities and deliverables;
14. Provide additional assurance that the necessary level of safety has been achieved.
15. Give an independent professional opinion that risks have been reduced to an acceptable level as per the applicable codes and standards.

Based in Abu Dhabi and travelling within Middle East as per project requirements.（2 years contract）
