1.依相关政策，负责为员办理录用、退工手续；

2、依相关政策，负责为员工办理“社会保险金”及“住房公积金”的开户、转入、封存、转出及缴款手续。

3. 负责按时对员工“社会保险金”及“住房公积金”及“外来就业人员综合保险”的计算工作，并负责与社保部门、住房公积金部门对公司社保交费总额、住房公积金交费总额的核对工作，并按部门及案场做好成本分提表报则务部。

4、负责监督并审核各分公司用工及缴纳“社会保险金”、“住房公积金”的情况、劳动年检、社保年检，并将情况及时报部门主管。

5、负责做好员工年度的社保交费核对工作。

6、负责社会保险、外来就业人员综合保险、商业保险的理赔工作。

7、负责劳动年检及社保年检工作。

8、负责建立、 完善和保管员工的劳动手册、 社保资料、录用退工手续资料。

9. 负责向员工做好社保政策的宣传贯彻和解释工作。

10、负责劳资纠纷处理，组织材料准备等相关事宜；

11、完成上司交办的其他工作。
