(1)负责招聘、应聘人员的邀约、甄选、面试、人员调配等工作;

(2)负责公司招聘渠道拓展和管理,利用各种渠道满足公司人才需求;熟练掌握网络发帖技巧;

(3)办理员工入职及转正手续、调动、离职等异动手续;员工劳动合同的签订、续签与管理;

(4)执行公司内部员工档案的建立与管理;协调员工与管理层的关系，组织员工的活动，企业文化的落地;

(5)完成人力资源部经理交办的其它事项以及各部门领导交办的其他工作;

(1)专科以上学历、人力资源专业优先考虑;

(2)不少于一年的人事工作经验，细心认真，踏实稳重、责任心强;有条理;

(3)必须有独立招聘经验;了解人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，并能实际操作运用;

(4)亲和力和组织能力强，有良好的表达能力，协调能力，有团队协作精神;
