Energy analyst works in the energy management team of LI performance department which implements the Smart & Innovative Energy (SIE) strategy of Airliquide Group, to ensure all energy management activities are consistent with the Group Climate Objective. Meanwhile, governance Air Liquide China energy management be fullfill Group blue books and golden rules, validate energy indexation and escalation, protect Energy Contribution (EC) from leakage. Actively engage into Chinese national market deregulation for nationwide energy resources restructure and efficiency improvement. The main tasks of energy analyst includes management of back-office and supporting front office with trading, as well as connecting with internal and external teams for energy related data support.

Responsibilities:

1. Understands energy market in China and business model comprehensively

2. Connect with US & European energy teams for analysis and of energy market development in China

3. Execute SIE excellence by monthly verification of power bills of each plant (both cost and sales side)

4. Analyze energy contribution report and ensure the accountability of the results

5. Support and validate front desk for short term trading in different provinces

6. Manage data-pool including ALCH market position and provide data support to internal contacts including front Office, middle Office as well as financial team, commercial team and etc.

Requirements:

1. Master degree, Finance, applied mathematics, energy market related major

2. Excellent learning and communication skills

3. Good English skill, professional in business communication, good oral and written skill
