跟踪从客人处收到的客诉，处理相关事宜    

    

2. Record the claim to the claim list/claim system every day

每天登记客诉状况到客诉统计表/客诉系统中    

    

3. Judge the cause of the claim under the instruction of the supervisor and then give proper solution to the clients or sales team.    

在主管的指导下判断客诉发生的原因,并且及时把合理的解决方案提供给客户或者相关的销售部门   

    

4. Keep effective communication with clients, suppliers and other department. Reply the Client's email within 1.5 working days.

Push the supplier to give the reasonable explanation and effective solution to our claims.    

与客户，供应商以及其他部门保持有效的沟通,对于客户平时的各种邮件必须于1.5个工作日之内回复.

敦促供应商对我们的客诉及时给出合理的理由和有效的解决方案    

    

5. Make the claim report and claim analysis regularly.    

定期制作客诉报表

        

6. Deal with thing related to the test, standard and so on such as GB label.    

处理关于测试，标准相关的事情，例如国标   

    

7. Other jobs assigned by the supervisor

Qualification requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree 本科学历

2. Basic furniture production knowledge for wood, metal and upholstery

    具有木质，铁，软包家具产品基本的知识

3. Good in Spoken and Written English. Familiar with Office software. Can do data analysis with Excel     

   英语听说良好，熟练应用office 软件，能用excel做数据分析

    有责任心，有条理性，细心, 抗压能力强, 良好的沟通协调能力
