主要工作职责：

1. 与美国和日本的研发团队共同开发测试系统

2. 设计软件架构，并开发相关软件测试模块

3. 优化测试软件以及算法以降低测试时间和提高测试结果准确度

4. 解决测试软件以及底层固件的问题

5. 软件测试文档的编写

6. 提供必要的技术支持和培训给海外的工厂

7. 根据项目情况可能需要海外短期出差

职位要求：

1. 计算机，数学，自动化， 物理及相关专业硕士，博士

2. 精通C#/C++以及面向对象编程思想，了解Python等脚本语言更好

3. 优秀的软件设计，调试，以及解决问题能力，有嵌入式编程经验更好

4. 熟悉常用的数据分析处理以及统计学知识

5. 熟悉流行的软件版本控制工具，例如SVN或Git

6. 较强的适应性和独立工作能力

7. 良好的英语沟通能力和较强的演示技巧

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. As software developer, work closely with China and global (US, Japan) development team to build the future of test system;

2. Design and develop architecture/modules/features in software to meet business requirement;

3. Continuously optimize test software and algorithm to reduce test cycle time/cost and improve test accuracy

4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues which might be occurring in the test software and firmware;

5. Document test related software and processes;

6. Provide training and technical support to oversee factory (Thailand, Philippines);

7. May have international travel as needed for development activities and factory on-site support;

REQUIREMENTS 

1. Bachelor/Master degree or above in Computer Science, mathematics, automation or related technical field

2. Strong hands-on experience with software development in C#/C++, script language (TCL, Python) is plus

3. Excellent software design, problem solving and debugging skills, firmware program experience is plus

4. Good knowledge about data processing and statistics

5. Experience with the use of source code management tools (SVN, Git)

6. Demonstrated self-managing, flexibility and adaptability 

7. Good oral and written skills for communication and documentation in English and strong presentation skills

8. Knowledge of AI (artificial intelligence) is a plus
