主要工作职责：

1. 先进磁头及盘片的测试研发：新测试算法研发和改进，测试条件及测试流程优化，数据分析

2. 深入分析HDD-DET数据为磁头测试及筛选提供技术支持

3. 支持新产品的测试条件优化及磁头失效分析

4. 跨部门合作研发新的测试平台并协作导入到工厂

5. 协助生产解决测试问题及测试条件优化

职位要求：

1) 物理，电子，光学，数学统计，应用物理或磁记录相关专业背景硕士或以上学历 

2) 英语听说读写精通 

3) 熟悉示波器频谱仪等硬件设备，善于设计实验，精通统计分析或会使用编程语言者优先

4) 掌握电性能，磁记录或光性能分析测试能力者优先

5) 自我激励和自我导向, 强烈的学习意愿，敢于尝试有挑战性的工作

6) 具备在快速、动态的环境中达成目标的能力；

7) 非常好的与人沟通交流能力，即能独立工作又能与团队协作

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Advanced Head testing development: understand head design request, optimize test condition, development new test algorithm/process, data characterization and FA. 

2. Head-media DOE characterization in early stage: optimize testing process, data characterization to understand head/media performance & design ranking   

3. In-depth HDD-DET data analysis to provide feedback on head testing and screening 

4. New product DET testing support: test condition optimization and failure analysis  

5. Work with test development team to bring up new test capability and transfer to factories 

6. Support factories in resolving testing issues and condition optimization 

REQUIREMENTS 

1) MS required / Ph. D. preferred in Physics, Electronics, Optics, Mathematics or Magnetic recording related field. 

2) Fluent writing, reading & speaking in English

3) Preferred to have following capability: familiar with various use of oscilloscope, novel instrumentation, experimental techniques, statistical data analysis and laboratory programming skills (Visual Basic, Matlab, etc.)

4) Preferred to have experience in electronic / magnetic/optical performance characterization, knowledge of magnetic recording and test. Have a good understanding of design parameters that affect magnetic performance.

5) Self-motivated and self-directed. Strong will to continue learning and enjoy challenge work 

6) Have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment;

7) Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment are essential.
