1. Update HR reports, o-chart timely as requested. 负责人力资源相关报表、组织架构等信息或数据的编制与更新。      
2. Undertake the recruitment task, understand actual needs of the employing department to recommend suitable candidates, and follow up the whole process of recruitment, on-boarding and probation by regular communication and problem solving. 承担招聘任务，对接用人部门梳理需求并推荐适合的候选人，跟进招聘、入职、试用期全流程，定期沟通并协调相关问题的解决。  
3. Support regular employee training execution together with Line Manager if needed and to be the trainer for some courses. 支持日常培训工作，担任部分课程讲师工作。  
4. Improve internal communication, collect, analyze and provide needed HR information and data to support management decisions. 与各部门保持积极沟通，提供正确的人力资源相关信息，收集并分析相关反馈，为管理决策提供辅助支持。  
5. Facilitate all HR related process like target setting, annual PA, labor contract, leaver off etc. 协助所有人力资源相关流程，如目标设定、年度PA、劳动合同、离职等。  
6. Participate or lead in HR related project that assigned by HR Director. 参与并主导人力资源总监指派的人力资源相关项目。

1. Bachelor degree and above. 本科及以上学历。  
2. Minimum 2 years HR experience in multinational company. 2年以上跨国公司人力资源经验。  
3. Analytical thinking with data sensitivity. 对数据敏感，具备良好的分析思维。  
4. Strong communication and problems solving skill. 较强沟通与问题解决能力。  
5. High degree of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality. 高度的专业性、成熟性和保密性。  
6. Positive attitude and willing to learn. 工作主动，愿意学习。  
7. Good at English and computer. 良好的英语和计算机能力。
