职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
- Material/FG PO daily follow up ,push supplier on-time delivery, verfiy and coordiante with component suppleir to maintain material safe stock level
- Corridnate and solve any delivery issue between component supplier and factory , such as ship plan create and excuted , on-time delivery , qty shortage, RTV of unqualifed parts etc.
- Work on proactive actions including component vendors capacity analysis ,vendor LLT material safe stock level and production plan to reduce delivery risk caused by vendors’ capacity and internal process issues
- Update PO status and consigned material delivery status to avoid any material shortage happen , Maintain daily data mgmt and create analyze reports as required.
Requirements;
- At least 5 years working experience as material purchasing/ merchandising role in consumer eletronics product industry. Familiar with plastics, metal and electrical components manufacturing process.
- Expert user in ERP system.
- Detailed, organized and excellent communicator.
- Fluent in Engish writing and speaking.
- Under to perform well in a fast space working environment.
