Key responsibilities: 
As an Investment Banking Vice President, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
? Managing and leading in the execution of transactions, including project coordination between country, industry and the third party.
? Advising clients on a broad range of transactions, both for executions and marketing.
? Participating and organizing management presentations.
? Reviewing valuations, writing memorandums for M&A and private placement processes, conducting M&A execution and participate in due diligence and drafting sessions for public and private offerings. 

Qualifications: 
? Master’s Degree with 6+ years or bachelor’s degree with 8+ years(at least 3 years related to M&A) of experience from an investment bank, consulting firm, private equity or equivalent experience.
? Excellent analytical, modeling, and client management skills with a strategic and commercial mind set.
? Industry knowledge in Technology, Media, Healthcare, Food&Beverage will be preferred.
? Proactive, self-motivated with interpersonal leadership and influencing skills.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
? A well-rounded academic background from renowned university.
? Qualifications in AMAC，CFA or CPA is preferred.
? Expertise in Technology, Media, Healthcare, or Food & Beverage is preferred.
