1. 负责有机化学实验室测试项目的日常测试和管理协调工作，按时出具检测报告

2. 对技术员出具的报告进行Check, 对测试结果有正确的认识，保证出具报告的准确性

3. 全面管理有机实验室的日常工作，监督和改善小组的工作流程和工作效率

4. 标准物质和常用设备的期间核查维护

5. 盲样比对及新人上岗培训及考核

6. 能快速学习新的测试标准并能培训给相关同事

7. 新项目开发和方法验证

8. 参与小组的内审及外部现场评审工作

9. 配合其他小组相关工作及执行上司指派的工作

任职要求：

1. 化学相关专业本科及以上学历

2. 有5年以上第三方检测实验室工作经验, 至少2年以上实验室管理经验，熟悉第三方实验室的运作管理模式

3. 能熟练操作下列相关的仪器设备的一种或多种(GC-MS,HPLC,LC-MS/MS,IC等)

4. 熟悉并能正确理解欧盟及美国等消费品的测试标准和相关检测方法(比如CPSIA、CA65、REACH、ROHs、CHCC、etc.)

5. 熟悉ISO17025条款要求，熟悉CNAS及CMA认可要求，有实验室内审及外部现场评审经验

6. 有团队精神，组织协调能力强，具有较强的责任心，工作积极，态度端正,能够承受一定的工作压力

7. 良好的英语沟通能力，包括听说读写

8. 能适应加班工作

9. 有团队管理经验和中级工程师职称的优先考虑
