ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT （助理猎头顾问，IT行业）

We are always looking for hard working associate consultants who have a background in recruitment or in HR positions where recruitment is the core responsibility of your role. Our Associate Consultants have had a couple of years experience as researchers and they are capable of maintaining good relationships with both candidates and clients. Our Associate consultants are expected to find candidates, qualify them, interview them and present them to clients with successful placements at the end of that process. They will have one or two long term contracts to maintain with clients and provide regular recruitment and consulting services to those clients.

Suitable for people who:

-Have worked as a researcher before;

-Have some experience of interviewing candidates by themselves and have communicated with clients for a minimum of 1 year;

-Or have approximately 1 year working experience in another disciplines that can be related to the role of an Associate Consultant;

-Speak and write English well;

-Eager to learn and experience new things;

-Team player;

-Proactive and efficient;

-Can work well under pressure and time constraints;
