Position Purpose: 职位简介

· Work as an in-house lawyer to oversee and protect the legal and compliance interests of companies based in Dongguan and report to global legal counsel.

作为公司内部律师审查和保护东莞公司的法律和合规利益，并向总部的全球法律顾问汇报。

Primary Responsibilities: 主要职责

1、To provide legal counsel and support to factory daily operation.

为工厂的日常运作提供法律咨询和支持；
2、To draft and review contract, agreement and other legal documents;

起草、审查合同、协议和其他法律文书；

3、To advance the protection of intellectual property and maintain the IP rights.

推进知识产权保护，维护知识产权
4、To handle or coordinate dispute settlement, arbitration and litigation;

处理、协调纠纷解决、仲裁和诉讼;
5、To provide compliance training/education to staff and employees on laws, regulations,

为员工提供法律法规方面的培训/教育
6、Other matters and legal projects as assigned by Global Legal counsel.

其他由全球法律顾问指派的事项和法律项目。

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 岗位要求

· 3-5 years’ experience as in a reputable law firm, or equivalent in-house experience, or a combination of the both;

在著名律师事务所有3-5年的工作经验，或同等的公司内部工作经验，或两者兼而有之

· Bachelor of law degree and passed bar exam.

法学学士学位并通过律师资格考试。

· Overseas LLM and/or US bar is a plus;

海外法学硕士和/或美国律师资格证可优先考虑

· Good command of written and spoken English;

流利的英语听说读写能力

· Integrity—adheres to the highest values in decisions, conduct, and work with others;

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
