1.Qualification

  任职资格

• Bachelor degree, major in engineering;

       本科学历，工程类专业

• 4+ products development experience, has knowledge with plastic, silicone rubber, motor;

       4年以上产品开发经验，具备塑料、硅胶、马达类产品知识

Familiar with Pro-E or other 3D design software;

     熟悉Pro-E或其他3D设计软件

Familiar with CAD software;

       熟悉CAD设计软件

• 8D related training preferred

       接受过8D 相关培训者佳

• With over 1 year Project Management experience

       具备1年以上项目管理经验

• Creative, initiative self-motivated and team player;

       具备创新思维、自动自发、良好的团队精神

• Fluent oral and written English skills.                                                 

        英文口语、书写流利

2. Responsibilities:

职责：

•  Support design development needs on new and existing products (design improvements) including design and improvements of supporting equipment, jigs and fixtures

       支持新产品和老产品设计开发，包括所需的治具，夹具和支持设备

•  Assist in research and lab tests related to research and development of new materials, testing equipment, jigs and test procedures

      协助有关新材料，测试设备和测试程序的研发和实验室测试

•  Review mold structure with supplier and designer for new products

        与供应商和设计师审核模具结构

•  Take the full responsibility for ECNs regard mold change 

        全面负责模具的工程变更

• Engineering project track and Management 

       工程项目跟踪和管理

•  Provide efficient solutions to the development of processes and products;

        为产品研发及制造工艺提供高效的解决方案

•  Producing details of new product specifications and related technical docement

        建立详细的新产品规格与相关的技术资料

• Continuously optimize the products, improve quality and reduce costs by improving design scheme and materials

       对产品持续优化，通过改进设计方案与材料，提高质量，降低成本

• Participate in and guide the mass production of new products, and make the process regular, process and skilled

       参与、指导新产品的批量生产，使工艺正规化、流程化、熟练化

• Discussing and solving complex problems with production and suppliers;

        与生产及供应商讨论并解决复杂问题

• Other tasks assigned by manager
