• Knowledge in small household appliance assembly

• Good verbal and handling employee relationship skills

• Oral and writing English skill

Responsibilities职责：

• Be responsible for ISO 9001/14001/ISO13485/ 21 CFR 820 / SOR28/282-2015 /ISO22716 management system related activities,

负责本部门ISO9001/14001 /ISO13485/ 21 CFR 820/ SOR28/282-2015/ISO22716管理体系相关工作的开展

• Schedules and coordinates work orders, ensure regular production to satisfy on time delivery.

协调生产订单，确保生产正常运行以满足产品交期

• Be responsible for materials receiving、managing and correct using of production needed；be responsible for products curing and stock in.

对生产所需物料的接受、现场保管、现场正确使用及产品的固化、入库负责

• Participate in establishing and be responsible for achieving production KPI

参与制定并全面负责实现生产部门既定目标的完成

• Summarize, analyze and take improvement actions on productivity

总结和分析并做出改善措施以提高生产效率       

• Use specialized technical knowledge to identify, analyze, evaluate and resolve various interrelated problems from the resources.

运用专业技术知识去识别、分析、评估并解决生产活动中遇到的各种问题

• Improve and maintain line cleanliness and to ensure all works are carried out according to EHS policy and other discipline

改善并保持现场的整洁有序，确保所有的生产均依据公司的安全生产政策和相关纪律要求进行

• Be responsible for production personnel recruitment and skill training

负责生产人员的招聘和技能培训

• Supervise Line leader and operator’s work regularly，evaluate their skill and performance

定期检查确认线长和操作人员的工作结果,评估其工作技能和表现

• Figure out Line/Equipment/manpower requirement according to MPS, organize production based on them.

依照MPS计算线体、生产设备、人员需求，并依此组织生产

•  Master the status of production plan and WO. Coordinate with planner timely and effectively and offer constructive advices to production team
  掌握生产计划状态和工单的状态，及时有效地和计划人员沟通，向计划人员提出合理建议
• Prepare production report concerning products quantity, quality, facility and manpower and report production status to superior timely
  制作生产报表，包括生产数量、质量、设备、人员等相关信息，及时向上级报告生产状况
• Participate the new product introduction program, be responsible for the problem collection and feedback from operational level , and raise the effective measures and follow

参与新产品试生产活动,负责操作层面问题的收集和反馈,提出有效改进措施并执行

• Participate in abnormal analysis of products, overall thinking to find out root cause and actions, to cooperate with QE/ME to test new method and implement.

参与产品异常分析，全面思考找出问题根源及处理方法，并协同QE/ME对新方法的测试、执行

• Be responsible for checking/maintenance and repairing of reproduction facility、equipment, to ensure the tools that require validation are in expiry date

对生产设施、设备的点检、维护及维修负责，并确保需要校验的工具、检具在有效期范围内

• Quality control in production process, implement Quality checks on the lines, to guarantee production yield and OP assemble according to WI.

产品制程中的质量控制，并执行生产线质量检测，保证生产良率，及员工按照操作规范作业
