AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 工作职责
1.Social insurance 社会保险与福利-20%
To handle the some area insurance and related work include injury and maternity allowance application ,ensure all in & out match insurance report and handle sepecial case need follow up.
需要完成指定区域的社会统筹或公积金相关事宜
2.SP & FD incentive 司机奖金-20%
To monthly check each department service proivder and feeder incentive report with IE and injury report with incentive report and ensure all informaiton need match and correclty .
需要完成指定区域速递员或货运驾驶员奖金的核准事宜
3.Probation control log 试用期评估-15%
To process whole China probaiton contract log and ensure all new hire emloyee need finished probation on time and notice HRBP once got who can't pass probaiton.
完成新入职员工的试用期评估表的收集和跟踪事宜
4.Payroll system support 薪资系统提供支持-25%
Payroll system support 协助完成公司内部薪资或人员信息系统的信息登陆或操作事宜
5.Benefit report-Night shift report/ Single child / high temprerature 福利相关报告-15%
to handle the whole China related allowacne include single child / high temperature / SZX housing subsidy / NCN heating fee / NS etc. 完成相关区域的福利性报告(如独生子女费/保暖费等)
6.Employee Card -5%
Collect whold China employee card application from each Area HRBP and process the new card with vender
与供应商配合完成员工卡的制作和发放事宜
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1.EDUCATION:Degree holder, major in HR Management or relevant discipline is preferred
本科, 具有人力资源管理或相关学科专业的学位持有者优先
2.EXPERIENCE :2 years related experience in HR
2年以上的人力资源部经验
3.SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
Good Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills
Good Presentation Skills
Good written & spoken English & Chinese
Office software can be used proficiently
良好的人际交往能力和沟通能力
良好的语言表达能力
良好的英语和中文读写能力
能熟练操作各项办公软件
4.BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING:
Good knowledge of Labor Ordinance in China
对国内劳动法规有基本了解
