This role could be based in Dongguan or Shenzhen
This role will have travel needs up to ~ 50%

Day to Day Responsibilities:

o Manage the NPI risk assessment with CM and Eng. team, drive for accurate and timely feedback
o Maintain the effective NPI management system with established process/QC capability
o Assure product spec alignment with customer and among CMs
o Manage NPI sample quality
o Assure NPI samples are manufactured per agreed customer spec.
o Work with AE to manage customer’s expectation and feedback for any open spec. issue
o Drive CMs to make process improvement or design optimization for customer issues during PVT/EVT evaluation.
o？ Manage the dual source NPI CMs
o Maintain effective alignment: Spec. documents and limit samples transfer between dual source CMs if any updates
o Verify product performance to narrow the gap: new products qualification and cross checking among CMs
o？ Negotiate spec. to achieve fit for use and cost effective, drive spec. gap closure with AE/Customer before MP ramp.
o Work with AE/PE and CM to collect, approve and manage limit samples
o？ Develop and maintain effective quality system and protocols, through the GG+ process.
o？ Collaborate with AE to maintain good customer relationship, provide timely response for customer request and complaints handling.

Education & Experiences:

o？ Bachelor Degree.
o？ 5+ years experiences in quality functions of technical production manufacturing.
