岗位职责 ：

1.负责协助美国设计师的日常事务，传达设计师想法；

2.陪同设计师参观展会及出差工厂开发产品；

3.协助跟进组员样品及工厂样品进度；

4.设计师交代的其他事情。

任职要求 ：

1.要求经常在珠三角出差短途，抗压能力强，需要与工厂协调沟通

2.大专及以上学历，英语、国贸类等相关专业；

3.有过文秘、助理或外贸相关工作经验

4.具备较强的英语听、说、读、写能力；

5. 熟练使用各类办公软件，工作细心、有耐心。

Job Description for Assistant

·         Act as interpreter for American designer both in office/work area and on factory trips.

·         Accompany Designer on all factory trips and translate worksheets as needed.

·         Maintain accurate up to date record of ongoing projects for specific customers.

·         Order any and all samples from factories as instructed by Designer. 

·         Assist Designer in all office duties and record keeping as required.

Office Assistant Skills and Qualifications:

Office Experience - General, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Administrative Writing Skills

Appearance and Overall Attitude:

Clean, professional overall appearance, well groomed and good hygiene a must.

Positive attitude and respect all Team Members and Designer
